Regarding the lava stone, it’s a 100% natural product, which means it arrives in different shapes and forms, sometimes as chunks and other times as blocks. The vessel itself seems nice, however I was actually quite disappointed with the packaging of the item (given the price tag, I’d expect it to be wrapped a little nicer than just bubble wrap with black paper cello taped).
I got the volcanic stones and I’m very disappointed as they don't release any smell, despite having had added 5 drops of your essentials oil?! I can’t even smell it despite my apartment living room being super small, you really have to come close to be able to smell it at all.
I will just use the vessel for burning my own scents and hope it does not crack :(
Delivery was super quick though, and the vessel is nice. Just gutted about the packaging as it was supposed to be a gift….

We're sorry to hear that the lava stones didn't work as expected! A pro tip for enhancing their scent diffusion is to place the vessel with the stones under direct sunlight, especially during the warmer months—this helps them absorb heat and release fragrance more effectively.
